Random Notes

Worth
someoneA: Do you know how much you are worth?
someoneB: Priceless?
someoneA: Nope, that's too common.
someoneB: Then?
someoneA: You are worth my life.

Forever
A: I don't believe in forever.
B: Let me prove it to you.
Eventually B left A forever and ever.

Flower
You are my flower, not because you are prettier than the other flowers
You are my flower, not because you are fragrant than the other flowers
You are my flower, because you've already blossomed in my heart.

Hand
The spaces between ones' fingers were created for another to fill in...
The spaces between your fingers were created, so that I could fill them in,

XH's Bdae Card

It's already 3am and I've not done everything on my checklist thanks to the effort in making XH's card.

XH's 23rd Birthday Card
Made by Me

I hope she appreciates, but I've lost faith in trying to make a difference in our frienship. It's too hard not to feel paranoid when I could sense that she is not exactly welcoming.

Sigh... Starting to talk about personal stuff is a bad sign, especially when it's bad-mouthing.

Be Here Now

Item #132
Taken from http://thingsweforget.blogspot.com/

Ever since I received news of a colleague who passed away last night, I have this biting sensation in my heart, a fear of losing someone. Meilan's paranoid behaviour also made this fear grew as she talks about Dad in her usual over-rated manners.

The fragility of life lets loose my thoughts of holding you.
That's why I need you to be here now, closer within my reach

Really love the following love phrases that someone showed me:-

My daily weather will always be shiny wif u being around in my everday life

Fairytale is like a love story that always end up to be happily ever after

Can't help reading over and over again. :)

Though I always teased that I can't wait to "marry him off", but the truth is, I am happy for him. Things seem very positive...

Fairytale

Yes, today is like a fairytale.

Ups & Downs.

Luckily it still ended happily... :)

Jap Culture + Art Gallery + iLight

There's some issue uploading photo onto blogger using this Acer laptop. So I delayed the uploading of pictures on the tour with Mr. Museum.

It was tiring, yet quite interesting as we went to visit the Japan Culture Centre's exhibition on Japanese Manga and Anime, held with Animax.

Manga and Poster displays

The moment I stepped in, I felt like home. Short tour is given by Cosplayers and I was lucky to get the handsome one. ^^ When he talked about the walls pasted with library-like poster, I almost teared as it is an imitation of the Kyoto Manga Library that I always wanted to visit.

There is also a corner with manga and magazines free for us to browse. I saw giant posters of popular Anime like Inuyasha, Nodame Cantanibel, Kaichou Maid de Sama, etc. They even offered to give us free japanese manga as a token, but too bad I don't understand a word.

Next, we went to visit the soon-to-be National Art Gallery. The Supreme Court and City Hall will be closed for renovation and only available 2 years later, according to Mr. Museum.

Mr. Museum took most of the photo as I felt inferior in terms of photo-taking skills. It's a pity as the architecture was beautiful.

Lastly, we visit the iLight event along Marina Bay.

The night was romantic but also increased the amount of light pollution in Singapore. Now I understood what my China teacher meant when she complaint that Singapore is too "bright" that she feels hot even at night (due to the heat emitted from the light). However, most of the exhibits claims to use LED lights, which supposed to be less energy consuming and less heat emission.

My favourite is the giant eggshell that allows us to enter (without footwear) and look out from a hole above. Amazingly, the moon is right there, with some faint clouds. Natural beauty, solidation from the outside sound, and no distractions from fellow observers since it's too dark.

Reminiscing my past art works

Min asked me how to do supporting studies for her art exams, and I digged out my file of past art pieces that I prepared during secondary school.

It brought back a lot of memories, like how Mr. Chranjit will scold me for my wrong usage of colouring material, and how I would insist on my inspiration and he would stubbornly mark me down.

These are some of my school assignments I did:-

"Music Instruments"
Drawn during secondary 3

Supporting studies for
O-level project piece - "Beauty of Everyday Life"
Drawn during secondary 4
Final Piece for

There are also random moments of inspirations:-

"The Sunshine after the rain"

"My love is explosive"

"Fascade amidst the darkness"
